Roger Allflatt obtained an HND in Building Technology and associated interests from The Brixton School of Building in 1963, and followed a career in the Construction Industry for 12 years based in London and The Home Counties working for Contractors with interests both nationally and abroad. Initially as a “planning and progress Engineer” then Site manager on a variety of contracts; new schools, warehousing, Airport extension work, new build housing developments, renovating Listed buildings, factory/ office development, modernisation of Brewery site, redevelopment of school site into shopping units with high rise office accommodation, city centre re-development of bomb sites into office buildings and Petrol stations.
He joined the firm as Director in January 1973
